    4 Quarts Root Beer
    1 Cup Minced ajo santo leaf
    1/4 Cups Salt
    3 Cups Dark brown sugar
    4 Chicken breasts
    1/4 Cups Minced garlic
    1/3 Cups Minced onion
    1 Stick of butter
    1/4 Cups Freshly minced ginger
    2 Cups Root beer
    1/2 Cups Minced ajo santo leaf
    1/4 Cups Molasses
    1/4 Cups Brown sugar
    1 Cup Ketchup
    1/4 Cups Worcestershire sauce
    1/4 Cups Lime juice
    1/4 Cups Orange juice
    2 Teaspoons Salt
    1 Teaspoon Hot pepper

    Combine root beer, minced ajo santo, salt, brown sugar in a sauce pot and simmer until the salt and sugar are dissolved. Place mixture in a plastic bag, such as Ziploc. Add chicken and marinate for 24 hours.

    Heat grill pan over stove.

    Remove chicken from bag and set on paper towels to drain excess.

    Grill chicken.

    Prepare root beer sauce: Add onion, garlic and butter to a sautee pan. In another pot heat 2 cups of root beer to simmering. Then add hot root beer to the sautee pan. Then add the remaining ingredients. Allow sauce to simmer for at least 20 minutes.

    Slice chicken and top with sauce.
