Turkey Stuffing Bundles

1 (10-ounce) package Pepperidge Farm Frozen Puff Pastry Sheets
21/2 cups cubed cooked turkey, chicken or ham
¾ cup cooked vegetables such as peas, corn, green beans, carrots or a combination
11/2 cups seasoned turkey or chicken gravy
2 cups prepared stuffing (we used Pepperidge Farm Herb Stuffing mix)
½ cup cranberry sauce
Water
Thaw pastry sheets at room temperature 30 minutes. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
In a bowl, mix together meat, vegetables and ½ cup gravy. Set aside.
Unfold pastry on a lightly floured surface. Roll each sheet into a 14-inch square and cut into 4 (7-inch) squares. Place ¼ cup stuffing in center of each square and top with about 1/3 cup turkey (chicken, ham) mixture and 1 tablespoon cranberry sauce.
Brush edges of squares with water. Fold corners to center on top of filling and pinch edges together to seal. Place on ungreased baking sheets. Bake in center of oven about 25 minutes or until golden brown. To serve, heat remaining gravy and serve with bundles. Makes 8 servings.
