A HEALTHY WALDORF SALAD

Yogurt dressing
1/3 cup nonfat vanilla yogurt
1/4 cup reduced-calorie whipped topping
1/2 teaspoon freshly grated lemon peel
1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
Salad
2 cups apples, chopped (no not peel)
1 1/2 teaspoons lemon juice, freshly squeezed
1/3 cup chopped celery
1/4 cup raisins
3 tablespoons chopped walnuts
Directions:
Place yogurt in a small bowl. Gently fold in whipped topping, lemon peel and nutmeg. Set aside.
Toss apples with lemon juice. Add celery, raisins and nuts.
Toss salad with dressing to coat.
Serves 6.
