    SERVING TIPS: Use on potato, macaroni salad or slaw instead of mayonnaise based dressing.

    List of Ingredients








    INGREDIENTS:

    6 slices bacon

    1 small onion, minced

    3 cloves garlic, minced

    4 Tbsp white wine vinegar

    1/4 cup lemon juice

    1 tsp sugar

    3 Tbsp Dijon mustard

    1/4 cup finely chopped cilantro

    1/2 cup olive oil

    Salt & pepper to taste

    1 or 2 chopped anchovies, optional


    DIRECTIONS: Fry bacon until crisp & drain on paper towel, cool & crumble. Remove all but 2 Tbsp drippings then sauté onion until translucent, add the garlic & anchovies cooking for 1 min. Add vinegar, lemon juice, sugar, mustard & cilantro heating about 1 min. Add olive oil & bacon, stir & heat. Salt & pepper to taste. Use warm.

    SERVINGS: about 1/4 cup TIME: 15 min
