    Caesar Salad

    List of Ingredients







    ¼ cup puréed fresh garlic
    6 anchovy fillets, puréed
    ¼ cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
    2 tablespoons seasoned rice vinegar
    2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
    2 egg yolks
    2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
    ½ teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
    1/5 cup freshly grated Romano cheese
    1 cup blended olive oil
    ½ cup extra-virgin olive oil
    Freshly ground black pepper and salt to taste
    1 head romaine lettuce, torn into large pieces
    Croutons


    Combine garlic, anchovies, lemon juice, vinegars, egg yolks, mustard, Worcestershire sauce and cheese in a large mixing bowl.

    Slowly whisk in oils, salt, if necessary, and black pepper to taste. Serve on romaine lettuce and top with croutons.
