    1 pkg. Jiffy cornbread mix
    1 pkg. jalapeno cornbread mix
    1/2 purple onion, chopped
    2 or 3 stalks celery chopped
    1/2 c. chopped bell pepper
    3 chopped tomatoes
    1 can whole kernel corn, drained
    1 pt. light miracle whip
    8-oz. grated cheese

    Bake cornbread mixes as directed on package, cool. Crumble corn bread and mix in remaining ingredients.
