    Cracked Pepper and Feta Cheese Dressing

    List of Ingredients








    ½cup mayonnaise (or plain low-fat yogurt)
    ¼cup sour cream
    3 to 4 tablespoons crumbled feta cheese
    2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
    2 teaspoons finely chopped shallots
    2 teaspoons cracked black pepper
    ¼teaspoon finely ground black pepper
    ¼teaspoon garlic powder
    Salt to taste

    Directions:

    Stir all ingredients together in a bowl. Allow the dressing to sit for 30 minutes at room temperature to blend the flavors. Taste and adjust the seasonings. Use as a salad dressing for fresh greens, a dip for raw vegetables or a garnish for Buffalo chicken wings. Makes 3/4 cup
