Serves 6 to 8.
Make the dressing the night before and refrigerate then toss with the salad just before serving.
For dressing:
1-1/2 cups Hellmann’s mayonnaise
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Mix mayonnaise, sugar and Parmesan cheese to make dressing and refrigerate overnight.
For salad:
1 large head of lettuce, chopped
1 large cauliflower, broken into florets
1 large red onion, cut into thin slices
6 slices bacon, cooked crisp and crumbled
Mix above ingredients and toss with the dressing just before serving.Recipe
