List of Ingredients
9 Cups mixed salad greens
3/4 Cup sliced celery
3/4 Cup chopped green pepper
1 Cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese -- 4oz
1 Cup shredded Cheddar cheese -- 4oz
3 Cups warm shredded grilled pork
6 Small tomatoes, cut into wedges
Cheesy-Barbecue Salad Dressing
Combine first 3 ingredients; toss and arrange on plates. Combine
cheeses; sprinkle over greens. Top with pork; arrange tomatoes on
plates. Serve with Cheesy-Barbecue Salad Dressing.
Cheesy-Barbecue Salad Dressing
1 cup barbecue sauce
1 (9-ounce) can Cheddar cheese dip
1/3 cup sour cream
1/2 cup buttermilk
1/2 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing
1 tablespoon sugar
Combine all ingredients using a wire whisk; chill. Yield 3 cups
