RIO GRANDE DRESSING
List of Ingredients
1 can (10 oz.) Diced Tomatoes and Green Chilies
1/2 cup olive oil
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
2 teaspoons Spicy Brown Mustard
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon salt
Combine all ingredients in a blender. Pulse on/off for 30 seconds
or until thoroughly blended. Dressing is best when used the same
day. Makes about 1 3/4 cups dressing. Recipe
