    16 oz shredded green cabbaGE
    16 OZS SHREDDED RED CABBAGE
    2 MED Cucumbers, seeded and sliced
    2 lbs mixed deli meats, cubed *
    2 tomatoes, seeded and diced
    1 16 oz can sliced potatoes, rinsed and drained
    1 small sweet onion, minced
    1/2 cup Italian Dressing

    Place cabbages and cucumber in a colander. Sprinkle with salt and let stand for 30 minutes. Drain, pressing lightly to remove excess moisture. Toss cabbages, cucumbers, meat, and remaining vegetables lightly with dressing and refrigerate. Toss again before serving. Serves 8-10.

    *Get a good variety of fully cooked deli meats, including smoked sausage, salami, kielbasa, turkey breast, boiled ham, etc. Have them sliced 1/2 inch thick.
