Spinach Salad With Bacon

10 strips bacon
1 bundle spinach (about 1 pound), washed well and coarsely chopped
½ cup purchased blue cheese dressing
Directions:
Fry the bacon in a large skillet until crispy, about 10 minutes. Remove from the fat and drain on paper towels. When cool, chop or crumble it.
Mix the bacon, spinach and dressing in a bowl. Toss and serve.
Makes 2 side-dish servings.
