    Use Your Noodle Salad

    List of Ingredients




    1 16 oz pkg shredded cabbage for slaw (or shred your own)
    1 med green peper, diced
    3-4 scallions, finely sliced
    8 ozs deli ham or breast of turkey, sliced into matchsticks
    1 4-6 oz can of chow mein noodles
    1/2 c Italian Dressing

    Pile vegetables into a roomy bowl. Add the meat with half the chow mein noodles. Toss with dressing, sprinkle with remaining noodles, and serve at once. Serves 4-6
