    Tuna and three-cheese melt

    Serves 4

    2 cans or pouches (5 ounces each) Bumble Bee Tuna, drained and flaked

    2 tablespoons mayonnaise

    1/8 teaspoon seasoned salt

    1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper

    1/2 teaspoon dry minced onion

    4 teaspoons sweet pickle relish

    8 slices sourdough bread

    8 teaspoons butter or margarine

    8 teaspoons grated Parmesan cheese

    8 slices Cheddar cheese

    8 slices American cheese

    1. Combine tuna, mayonnaise, salt, pepper, dry onion and pickle relish in a medium-sized bowl and set aside.

    2. Spread butter on one side of each piece of bread and coat with Parmesan cheese.

    3. To assemble sandwiches, place buttered side of four slices of bread facedown on a large hot pan or griddle. Layer with Cheddar cheese, tuna mixture and American cheese; top with remaining slices of bread, buttered side up. Cook for 2 minutes over medium-high heat and carefully turn sandwiches over and cook another 2 minutes or until they are golden brown and the cheese is melted. Cut diagonally and serve.
