    List of Ingredients







    16 oz Bartlett pear; drained &
    -chopped
    1 c Tomato; chopped
    4 oz Chiles, green canned;
    -chopped
    1/4 c Scallion; chopped
    1/4 c Bell pepper, green; chopped
    1 tb Olive oil
    1 tb Lime juice
    1 tb Cilantro; chopped (opt)
    1 1/2 ts Garlic salt
    1 ts Oregano; crushed
    1 sm Hot pepper sauce; bottle

    Combine all ingredients; mix well. Refrigerate at least one hour.
