Hopping John over rice

List of Ingredients
2 cans black eye peas
1 c chopped onions
1red pepper chopped
1 green pepper chopped
1 c chopped cooked ham
2 tbsp get oil
1 tsp hot pepper sauce
3 c cooked white rice
In a large skillet, cook onion,peppers,and ham in oil for 4 minutes or until vegetables are tender. Drain the peas, reserving 1/2 c liquid. Add peas, reserved liquid and hot pepper sauce to the mixture; stir to combine. Spoon over the cooked rice. Can also serve over cornbreadRecipe
