    Serves 10.

    1 (2-lb.) bag of frozen French-fried potatoes
    1/3 cup melted butter
    4 tbls. of packaged taco seasoning mix
    1/4 to 1/2 tsp. black pepper

    1. Combine potatoes and butter in bowl, toss until coated. Sprinkle seasonings over potatoes and coat well.

    2. Arrange in a single layer on a baking sheet. Bake at 400 degrees for 15-20 minutes
