Vegetable Bake
List of Ingredients
1 cup diced onions
1 cup diced celery
1 lb. mixed vegetables
1 stick of margarine or butter
1 cup grated cheese
1 cup mayonnaise
Ritz crackers, crushed
Recipe
Cook vegetables according to package directions. Mix onions, celery, cheese, and mayonnaise together. Put in baking dish; cover with crushed Ritz crackers; drizzle with melted margarine. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
