List of Ingredients
- 8 oz. fat free cream cheese, room temperature
- 2 cups skim milk, divided
- 2 pkgs. sugar-free, fat-free instant white chocolate pudding/pie mix
- 8 oz. fat free whipped topping
- 1 reduced fat graham cracker pie crust
Instructions
- In large mxing bowl, beat cream cheese and 1/2 cup of the skim milk until smooth.
- Add remaining 1 1/2 cups of milk and pudding mix. Beat for one minute.
- Stir in whipped topping until smooth.
- Spoon into pie crust.
- Chill 4 hours, or until set.
- Serve
