    List of Ingredients


    • 8 oz. fat free cream cheese, room temperature
    • 2 cups skim milk, divided
    • 2 pkgs. sugar-free, fat-free instant white chocolate pudding/pie mix
    • 8 oz. fat free whipped topping
    • 1 reduced fat graham cracker pie crust


    Instructions


    1. In large mxing bowl, beat cream cheese and 1/2 cup of the skim milk until smooth.
    2. Add remaining 1 1/2 cups of milk and pudding mix. Beat for one minute.
    3. Stir in whipped topping until smooth.
    4. Spoon into pie crust.
    5. Chill 4 hours, or until set.
    6. Serve
