3 C chopped tomato (about 2 medium)
1 C chopped red bell pepper (1 medium)
1 C chopped green bell pepper (1 medium)
½ C chopped red onion
1/3 C chopped fresh cilantro
1/3 C fresh lime juice (2 limes)
1 Tbs olive oil
1 tsp salt
½ tsp ground cumin
½ tsp chili powder
1 jalapeno pepper, finely chopped
1 15-oz can black beans, rinsed & drained
1 11-oz can whole kernel corn, drained

Place in large bowl & stir well to combine. Chill overnight
