- 1 CAN CHICKEN VERDE SOUP
- 1/4 C LIGHT SOUR CREAM
- 1 C SHREDDED CHEDDAR CHEESE
- 8 LITE FLOUR TORTILLAS
- 1 MED ONION DICED
- COOKING SPRAY
Instructions
- SAUTE ONION FOR ABOUT 10 MINS. ADD SHREDDED CHICKEN, SOUR CREAM, SOUP, 1/2 C OF ENCHILDA SAUCE AND 1/4 C CHEESE AND ONION INTO BOWL AND COMBINE.
- COAT BOTTOM OF 13" X 9" PAN WITH COOKING SPRAY. PLACE TORTILLA IN PAN ADD 1/4 C OF MIXTURE AND ROLL, SEAM SIDE DOWN, POUR REMAINING ENCHILADA SAUCE AND CHEESE OVER TOP.
- BAKE AT 350 FOR 30 MINS
