Vegetable Dip

List of Ingredients
- 1 c. low or non-fat cottage cheese
- 2. Tbs. green bell pepper, finely chopped
- 2 Tbs. shallot or red onion, finely chopped
- 2 Tbs. radish, finely chopped
- 1/4 tsp. celery salt
- 1 tsp. dry Italian salad dressing (like Good Seasons)
- Assorted vegetables to dip:
- Broccoli
- cauliflowe
- jicama
- carrots
- zucchini
- red/green/yellow peppers
Instructions
- Drain cottage cheese insieve lined with cheese cloth or coffee filter for 1 hour.
- Place drained cottage cheese in blender or food processor. Process until smooth.
- Place in a small bowl. Stir in remaining ingredients.
- Cover and chill for 1 hour.
- Serve with assorted raw vegetables.
