One of my favorites right out of the oven.


List of Ingredients




1/2 c. Shortenin
1 c. Sugar
1/2 tsp. Vanilla
2 Eggs
2 3/4 c. Flour
1 c. Sour Cream
1/2 tsp Baking Powder
1/2 tsp Baking Soda
1/2 tsp salt (I don't use)


Recipe



Cream together shortening and sugar.

Add remaining ingredients.

Chill 1 hour.

Drop in large spoonfuls into cookie sheet.

Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar.

Bake at 400 for 8-10 min.

Don't over bake.
