GAZPACHO AND SANDWICHES SHOPPING LIST
Cheese - any sliced or shredded – 8 oz
Tuna – 2 6 oz cans
Hard boiled eggs - 6
Red or sweet white onions – 3 medium
Roasted red bell pepper – 2 large
Tomato juice – 6 C
Garlic – 2 cloves
English cucumbers - 3
Red pepper – 1 large
Lime, fresh, to make ¼ C juice
Ripe avocado – 2 medium
Tomatoes – 2 medium
Carrots, shredded – 2 C
Alfalfa sprouts – 1 package
Radishes, chopped – ½ C
Portabella mushrooms - 6
Zucchini – 2 medium
Spinach, fresh – 1 bunch or package olive oil – ½ C
Dijon mustard
Vegetable oil spread (not butter; i.e. Promise, etc.)
Balsamic vinegar
Worcestershire sauce
hot pepper sauce
ground cumin
paprika
fresh herbs
Breads
Lavash – 1 package
French baguette - 2
Raisin bread, sliced (no frosting, please) – 1 loaf
Sprouted rye – 1 loaf
Pita pockets – 1 package
Herb flavored – 1 loaf
Spreads
Hummus, flavored (roasted red pepper, sun dried tomato, herb) – 1 lb (hopefully home made!)
Baba ghanoush – 1 container
Tapenade – 1 jar
Soynut butter – 1 jar
