Turkey Enchilada Casserole

I make a turkey just to have leftovers to make this!
List of Ingredients
Leftover turkey, in strips or cubes
Flour tortillas, large
Diced green chilies, 1 can
Diced black olives, 1 can
Shredded Cheddar cheese, depends on how much you like
Cream of mushroom soup, 1 can
Cream of chicken soup, 1 can
Sour cream, 1 small container
13 x 9 inch pan
Recipe
Take a flour tortilla and put some turkey, cheese and olives in the middle. I add a few chilies also.
Roll that up and place in the baking pan along at the 9 ‘’ side.
Continue until the pan is full.
Mix the soups, sour cream, and remaining chilies.
Pour over the top of the filled tortilla rolls.
Sprinkle a little cheese and leftover olives on top.
I use the olives to mark the side where I make a couple with no cheese.
Cover with foil and bake at ~375 for 45 minutes or so.
Sometimes I’ll make a couple of batches in bread pans and freeze them for later.
