- 16 OUNCES OF LIME, STRAWBERRY, LEMON ETC . NONFAT SUGAR FREE YOGURT
Instructions
- PREHEAT OVEN TO 350°. LINE TWO 17" X 11 1/4" X 1" JELLY ROLL PANS WITH PARCHMENT OR WAXED PAPER AND SET ASIDE.
- PREPARE ANGEL FOOD CAKE MIX ACCORDING TO PACKAGE DIRECTIONS. DIVIDE BATTER EVENLY BETWEEN PANS. DRAW KNIFE OR WOODEN TOOTHPICK THROUGH BATTR TO REMOVE LARGE AIR BUBBLES. BAKE 12 MINUTES OR UNTIL CAKES ARE LIGHTLY BROWNED AND TOOTHPICK INSERTED IN CENTERS COMES OUT CLEAN.
- INVERT EACH CAKE ONTO A SEPARATE CLEAN TOWEL. STARTING AT SHORT END, ROLL UP WARM CAKE, JELLY ROLL FASHION WITH TOWEL INSIDE. COOL CAKES COMPLETELY. SET ASIDE.
- PLACE 1 OR 2 DROPS OF GREEN FOOD COLORING IN EACH CONTAINER OF LIME YOGURT AND STIR WELL, OR RED FOR STRAWBERRY , OR YELLOW FOR LEMON ETC. ( FOOD COLORING IS OPTIONAL).
- UNROLL CAKE, REMOVE TOWEL. SPREAD EACH CAKE WITH 1 CONTAINER OF YOGURT, LEAVING 1" BORDER. ROLL UP CAKE, PLACE SEAM SIDE DOWN, DUST WITH POWDERED SUGAR. SLICE EACH CAKE ROLL INTO 8 PIECES. REFRIGERATE COVERED OR SERVE IMMEDIATELY.

- IF YOU WANT YOU CAN USE WHIPPED CREAM MIXED WITH ANY PRESERVE OF YOUR CHOICE IN PLACE OF YOGURT, OR ANY PIE FILLING. EITHER WAY YOU MAKE IT, IT WILL TURN OUT DELICIOUS.
