    • 1 TABLESPOON BUTTER
    • 1 TABLESPOON SALAD OIL
    • 1 LARGE RED ONION, SLICED THIN
    • 4 OUNCES SOFTENED CREAM CHEESE
    • 1/2 CUP MAYONNAISE
    • 1/2 CUP SOUR CREAM
    • 1/4 TEASPOON SALT
    • 1/8 TEASPOON TABASCO SAUCE
    • 1 TEASPOON BALSAMIC VINEGAR


    Instructions


    1. SAUTE ONIONS IN BUTTER AND OIL UNTIL CARMELIZED ( YOU WANT TO GET A GOLDEN BROWN COLOR) ABOUT 20 MINUTES.

    2. ADD VINEGAR FOR THE LAST MINUTE OF SAUTEEING. COMBINE THE REMAINING INGREDIENTS. MIX WELL AND CHILL REFRIGERATOR FOR APPROXIMATELY 1 HOUR.
