    List of Ingredients


    • 3/4 POUND CHOPPED REGULAR MUSHROOMS OR BABY PORTABELLS
    • 2 TABLESPOONS BUTTER
    • 8 OUNCE PACKAGE CREAM CHEESE
    • 1/2 TEASPOON CURRY POWDER
    • 1 TEASPOON WORCESTERSHIRE SAUCE
    • 1 TABLESPOON DRY WHITE WINE
    • 1/2 CUP CHOPPED PECANS


    Instructions


    1. SAUTE THE MUSHROOMS IN BUTTER UNTIL DARK, APPROXIMATELY 5 TO 10 MINUTES, DRAIN MUSHROOMS.

    2. ADD THE MUSHROOMS TO A FOOD PROCESSOR AND PROCESS WITH THE CREAM CHEESE, CURRY, WORCESTERSHIRE SAUCE AND WHITE WINE. FOLD IN THE PECANS AND REFRIGERATE. WHEN READY TO SERVE, PLACE IN A BOWL AND SPRINKLE WITH FRESH CHOPPED PARSLEY. SERVE WITH TOASTED BREAD SLICES OR CRACKERS.

    4. YOU CAN SUBSTITUTE A 1/2 CUP OF CHOPPED HARD BOILED EGGS FOR THE PECANS. THE TASTE IS SUPER.
