    BAKED VIDALIA ONION DIP

    Recipe Introduction


    THIS DIP IS SO DELICIOUS.


    List of Ingredients


    • 2 CUPS FINELY SHREDDED SWISS CHEESE OR MONTEREY JACK
    • 2 CUPS CHOPPED VIDALIA ONIONS OR OTHER SWEET ONIONS
    • 2 CUPS MAYONNAISE
    • 2 TABLESPOONS GRATED PARMESAN CHEESE


    Instructions


    1. PREHEAT OVEN TO 325°.

    2. COMBINE SWISS CHEESE, ONIONS AND MAYONNAISE IN A MEDIUM BOWL, SIR WELL TO INCORPORATE ALL INGREDIENTS.

    3. POUR MIXTURE INTO A LIGHTLY GREASED 1 QUART BAKING DISH, SPRINKLE WITH PARMESAN CHEESE.

    4. BAKE FOR 40 TO 45 MINUTES OR UNTIL ONIONS ARE TENDER AND MIXTURE IS HEATED THROUGH.

    5. SERVE WITH CRACKERS OR TOASTED FRENCH BREAD SLICES.
