BAKED VIDALIA ONION DIP

- 2 CUPS FINELY SHREDDED SWISS CHEESE OR MONTEREY JACK
- 2 CUPS CHOPPED VIDALIA ONIONS OR OTHER SWEET ONIONS
- 2 CUPS MAYONNAISE
- 2 TABLESPOONS GRATED PARMESAN CHEESE
Instructions
- PREHEAT OVEN TO 325°.
- COMBINE SWISS CHEESE, ONIONS AND MAYONNAISE IN A MEDIUM BOWL, SIR WELL TO INCORPORATE ALL INGREDIENTS.
- POUR MIXTURE INTO A LIGHTLY GREASED 1 QUART BAKING DISH, SPRINKLE WITH PARMESAN CHEESE.
- BAKE FOR 40 TO 45 MINUTES OR UNTIL ONIONS ARE TENDER AND MIXTURE IS HEATED THROUGH.
- SERVE WITH CRACKERS OR TOASTED FRENCH BREAD SLICES.
