- 2 TABLESPOONS YOGURT
- 2 TABLESPOONS GRATED PARMESAN CHEESE
- 1/2 CUP ROASTED RED PEPPERS, DRAINED
Instructions
- COMBINE RICOTTA, MAYONNAISE, YOGURT AND CHEESE IN A BLENDER AND PROCESS UNTIL SMOOTH. SPREAD ON BREAD SLICES, TOP EACH SLICE WITH 1 PIECE OF RED PEPPER. SET ON PLATTER AND COVER WITH PLASTIC WRAP UNTIL SERVING TIME. SERVE AT ROOM TEMPERATURE.
- OR PLACE CHEESE COVERED BRUSCHETTA ON A FOILED LINED 9 X 13" BAKING SHEET AND BROIL UNTIL LIGHTLY BROWNED. TOP WITH ROASTED PEPPER AND SERVE HOT.
