    THIS IS A GREAT APPETIZER TO SERVE WITH A ITALIAN DISH.


    List of Ingredients


    • 2 MEDIUM GARDEN TOMATOES, CUT INTO SMALL CUBES, ( KEEP ALL THE JUICES)
    • 2 TO 3 GARLIC CLOVES FINELY CHOPPED, OR MORE IF YOU LIKE GARLICE
    • 4 BASIL LEAVES, HORIZONTALLY SLICED VERY THINLY
    • 1 TO 2 TABLESPOONS OLIVE OIL
    • COUPLE TABLESPOONS OF BALSAMIC VINEGAR OR RED WINE VINEGAR
    • FRESHLY GROUND PEPPER
    • DASH OF SALT
    • ITALIAN BREAD SLICED INTO 1/2" THICK SLICES, ABOUT 6 SLICES


    Instructions


    1. CUT UP TOMATOES AND PUT INTO A BOWL, BEING SURE TO KEEP THE JUICES ALONG WITH THE MEAT OF THE TOMATOES. ADD GARLIC AND THE BASIL, ADD SEASONINGS . TASTE THE INGREDIENTS AND RE SEASON AS NEEDED TO YOUR TASTE. COVER AND REFRIGERATE FOR 1 HOUR TO BLEND.
    2. TOAST BREAD, SERVE TOPPED WITH TOMATO MIXTURE.
