4 BASIL LEAVES, HORIZONTALLY SLICED VERY THINLY
1 TO 2 TABLESPOONS OLIVE OIL
COUPLE TABLESPOONS OF BALSAMIC VINEGAR OR RED WINE VINEGAR
FRESHLY GROUND PEPPER
DASH OF SALT
ITALIAN BREAD SLICED INTO 1/2" THICK SLICES, ABOUT 6 SLICES
Instructions
CUT UP TOMATOES AND PUT INTO A BOWL, BEING SURE TO KEEP THE JUICES ALONG WITH THE MEAT OF THE TOMATOES. ADD GARLIC AND THE BASIL, ADD SEASONINGS . TASTE THE INGREDIENTS AND RE SEASON AS NEEDED TO YOUR TASTE. COVER AND REFRIGERATE FOR 1 HOUR TO BLEND.
