    THIS IS A WONDERFUL APPETIZER. YOU CAN MAKE IT WELL IN ADVANCE AND KEPT FROZEN.


    List of Ingredients


    • 1 PACKAGE ENGLISH MUFFINS SPLIT IN HALF
    • 1 SMALL JAR OF OLD ENGLISH CHEESE SPREAD OR CHEEZ WHIZ
    • 1 CAN CRAB MEAT DRAINED AND SORTED THROUGH
    • 1/2 CUP BUTTER
    • 2 TEASPOONS MAYONNAISE
    • GARLIC SALT
    • PEPPER TO TASTE


    Instructions


    1. MIX ALL OF THE INGREDIENTS ABOVE IN A BOWL, EXCEPT FOR THE MUFFIN HALVES. SPREAD ON ENGLISH MUFFIN HALVES AND PLACE ON COOKIE TRAY AND FREEZE. WHEN FIRM, REMOVE AND PLACE IN A ZIP LOCK BAG AND KEEP IN THE FREEZER FOR WHENEVER YOU WANT TO HAVE SOME.
    2. WHEN READY TO SERVE, CUT EACH MUFFIN HALF INTO 4 PIECES AND BAKE IN A PREHEATED 400° OVEN FOR 10 MINUTES.
