    List of Ingredients


    • 3 OUNCE SOFTENED CREAM CHEESE1 TEASPOON MINCED ONION
    • 1 LB SOURKRAUT, RINSED DRAINED AND CHOPPED
    • 1 CAN CORN BEEF
    • 1/4 CUP BREAD CRUMBS
    • 3/4 CUPS BREAD CRUMBS
    • 1/2 CUP FLOUR
    • 1/2 CUP EVAPORATED MILK


    Instructions


    1. COMBINE TOGETHER THE CREAM CHEESE, ONION, SOURKRAUT, CORNBEEF AND BREAD CRUMBS MIXING WELL, SHAPE INTO BALLS THE SIZE OF A WALNUT, SET ASIDE.
    2. IN SEPERATE BOWLS PLACE THE BREAD CRUMBS AND FLOUR.
    3. DIP EACH BALL FIRST INTO FLOUR, THEN IN THE MILK AND THEN IN BREAD CRUMBS.
    4. FRY IN OIL UNTIL GOLDEN BROWN. DRAIN ON PAPER TOWEL.
