    STUFFED TOMATO APPETIZERS


    List of Ingredients


    • 36 WHOLE CHERRY TOMATOES
    • 8 OUNCE SOFTENED CREAM CHEESE
    • 1 TABLESPOON DRY ITALIAN SALAD DRESSING MIX
    • 2 TABLESPOONS MILK
    • 3 TABLESPOONS FRESH CHOPPED PARSLEY


    Instructions


    1. PLACE TOMATOES STEM SIDE DOWN ON CUTTING BOARD. MAKE AN "X" CUT TO WITHIN 1/4" OF THE BOTTOMS OF EACH TOMATOES.
    2. CAREFULLY SPREAD TO OPEN. SET ASIDE.
    3. IN A SMALL BOWL, COMBINE CREAM CHEESE, DRESSING AND MILK, BLENDING WELL. FILL EACH TOMATO WITH A HEAPING 1/2 TEASPOON OF MIX ( I USE A PASTRY BAG FITTED WITH A LARGE STAR TIP). SPRINKLE TOPS WITH CHOPPED PARSLEY.
    4. REFRIGERATE UP TO 6 HOURS BEFORE SERVING.
