- 8 OUONCE PACKAGE OF SOFTENED CREAM CHEESE
- 1 SMALL CARROT, SHREDDED, 1/4 CUP
- 2 GREEN ONIONS, CHOPPED, 1/4 CUP
- 1 TEASPOON LOUISIANA STYLE HOT SAUCE
- 6 FLOUR TORTILLAS , 8" EACH
Instructions
- IN A BOWL, COMBINE SOUP MIX AND CREAM CHEESE UNTIL SMOOTH. ADD CARROTS, ONIONS AND HOT SAUCE. MIXING WELL TO COMBINE ALL INGREDIENTS. SPREAD EACH TORTILLA WITH ABOUT 1/4 CUP OF CHEESE MIXTURE, SPREADING EVENLY TO EDGES.
- TIGHTLY ROLL UP JELLY ROLL FASHION, PLACE SEAM SIDE DOWN IN LARGE SHALLOW DISH. COVER AND REFRIGERATE AT LEAST 2 HOURS BEFORE SERVING
- TRIM ENDS OF TORTILLA ROLL UPS. CUT EACH ROLL UP INTO 1" SLICES.
