    • 1/2 CUP ORIGINAL BISQUICK
    • 2 CUPS MILK
    • 1 CUP FLAKED OR SHREDDED COCONUT
    • 3/4 CUP SUGAR
    • 1/4 CUP BUTTER, SOFTENED
    • 1 1/2 TEASPOONS VANILLA
    • 4 EGGS


    Instructions


    1. PREHEAT OVEN TO 350°. GREASE A 9" PIE PLATE
    2. BEAT TOGETHER THE BISQUICK, MILK, COCONUT, SUGAR, BUTTER, VANILLA AND EGGS UNTIL SMOOTH.
    3. POUR INTO PIE PLATE AND BAKE FOR 50 TO 55 MINUTES OR UNTIL GOLDEN BROWN AND KNIFE INSERTED IN CENTER COMES OUT CLEAN. COVER AND REFRIGERATE ANY REMAINING PIE.
