- 2 CUPS MILK
- 1 CUP FLAKED OR SHREDDED COCONUT
- 3/4 CUP SUGAR
- 1/4 CUP BUTTER, SOFTENED
- 1 1/2 TEASPOONS VANILLA
- 4 EGGS
Instructions
- PREHEAT OVEN TO 350°. GREASE A 9" PIE PLATE
- BEAT TOGETHER THE BISQUICK, MILK, COCONUT, SUGAR, BUTTER, VANILLA AND EGGS UNTIL SMOOTH.
- POUR INTO PIE PLATE AND BAKE FOR 50 TO 55 MINUTES OR UNTIL GOLDEN BROWN AND KNIFE INSERTED IN CENTER COMES OUT CLEAN. COVER AND REFRIGERATE ANY REMAINING PIE.
