    List of Ingredients


    • 2 EGGS
    • 1/2 CUP MILK
    • 1 TABLESPOON PLUS 1 TEASPOON FIRMLY PACKED DARK BROWN SUGAR OR LIGHT
    • 1 TEASPOON CINNAMON
    • 4 SLICES WHITE BREAD, CUBED
    • 2 SMALL APPLES, PARED, CORED AND DICED
    • 3 TABLESPOONS FLOUR
    • 2 TABLESPOONS FIRMLY PACKED DARK OR LIGHT BROWN SUGAR
    • 2 TESPOONS BUTTER OR MARGARINE
    • 1/8 TEASPOON CINNAMON


    Instructions


    1. PREHEAT OVEN TO 350°. SPRAY TWO 5 X 3" LOAF PANS WITH NONSTICK COOKING SPRAY.
    2. IN A MEDIUM BOWL, LIGHTLY BEAT EGGS, ADD MILK, BROWN SUGAR AND CINNAMON, STIRRING TO BLEND. ADD BREAD CUBES AND APPLES, STIRRING GENTLY, LET STAND UNTIL BREAD ABSORBES THE LIQUID, ABOUT 2 TO 5 MINUTES.
    3. IN A SMALL BOWL, COMBINE FLOUR, BROWN SUGAR, BUTTER AND CINNAMON WITH A FORK.
    4. DIVIDE BREAD MIXTURE EVENLY BETWEEN PREPARED LOAF PANS, SPRINKLE EACH WITH CINNAMON FLOUR MIXTURE..
    5. BAKE 35 TO 40 MINUTES OR UNTIL GOLDEN BROWN. REMOVE FROM OVEN AND COOL SLIGHTLY, SERVE WARM. TOP WITH SOME COOL WHIP IF DESIRED.
