    List of Ingredients


    • 4 EGG WHITES
    • 3 EGG YOLKS
    • 3/4 CUPS MILK OR BUTTERMILK
    • 1/2 CUP MELTED BUTTER
    • 1 TABLESPOON VANILLA
    • 12 OUNCES SOUR CREAM
    • 1 1/2 CUPS FLOUR
    • 2 TEASPOONS BAKING SODA
    • 1 TABLESPOON SUGAR


    Instructions


    1. BEAT EGG YOLKS WITH MILK OR BUTTERMILK, ADD BUTTER, VANILLA AND SOUR CREAM. BEAT WELL THEN ADD FLOUR, BAKING POWDER, BAKING SODA AND SUGAR. BEAT THE MIXTURE UNTIL WELL COMBINED.
    2. BEAT EGG WHITES TO STIFF PEAKS. FOLD TOGETHER WITH BATTER.
    3. BAKE IN BELGIAN WAFFLE ACCORDING TO MANUFACTURERS DIRECTIONS.
    4. SERVE WITH WHIPPED CREAM, STRAWBERRIES, ICE CREAM, CONFECTIONERS' SUGAR, BUTTER, HONEY, YOGURT OR ANY TOPPING OF YOUR CHOICE.
    5. 11 WAFFLES
