    CARMEL APPLE BREAKFAST PIE


    List of Ingredients


    • 12 RHODES CINNAMON ROLLS, THAWED, BUT STILL COLD
    • 1 LARGE GRANNY SMITH APPLE, PEELED AND DICED
    • 1/4 CUP BROWN SUGAR
    • 1/2 TEASPOON CINNAMON
    • 1/4 CUP GRAHAM CRACKER CRUMBS
    • 2 TABLESPOONS CHOPPED PECANS
    • 1 PACKET CREAM CHEESE FROSTING WHICH IS INCLUDED WITH THE CINNAMON ROLLS
    • 3 TABLESPOONS CARAMEL ICE CREAM TOPPING


    Instructions


    1. PREHEAT OVEN TO 350°. GREASE A 12" DEEP DISH PIZZA PAN WITH VEGETABLE SPRAY. SET ASIDE.
    2. CUT EACH ROLL INTO FOUR PIECES AND ARRANGE IN PREPARED PAN. COVER LOOSELY WITH A LIGHTLY SPRAYED PLASTIC WRAP AND LET RISE 2 HOURS IN A WARM PLACE.
    3. IN A SMALL BOWL, COMBINE APPLE, BROWN SUGAR, CINNAMON, CRUMBS AND PECANS.
    4. REMOVE WRAP FROM ROLLS AND SPRINKLE APPLE MIXTURE OVER THE RISEN DOUGH.
    5. BAKE FOR 20 TO 25 MINUTE OR UNTIL WELL BROWNED.
    6. COMBINE THE PACKET OF CREAM CHEESE FROSTING WITH THE CARAMEL TOPPING BLENDING WELL AND DRIZZLE OVER THE TOP OF APPLE PIE.
    7. RHODES BAKE AND SERVE
