    DUTCH BABY PANCAKES ARE ONE OF MY FAVORITE BREAKFAST TREATS.YOU CAN SERVE THEM WITH A DUSTING OF SUGAR AND A WEDGE OF LEMON OR FRESH FRUITS OF THE SEASON OR FRUIT SAUCE.


    List of Ingredients


    • 6 LARGE EGGS
    • 1/4 CUP MELTED BUTTER
    • 1 CUP FLOUR
    • 1 TEASPOON SALT, OPTIONAL
    • 1 CUP MILK


    Instructions


    1. BREAK EGGS INTO A BLENDER, MIX ON LOW SPEED WHILE SLOWLY ADDING THE MELTED BUTTER IN A STEADY STREAM, THEN SLOWLY ADD MILK AND MIX WELL.
    2. ADD FLOUR A TEASPOON AT A TIME, BLENDING WELL.
    3. SPRAY 6 OVAL BAKING DISHES WITH A BUTTER FLAVORED VEGETABLE SPRAY. POUR A 1/2 CUP OF BATTER INTO EACH BAKING DISH.
    4. BAKE IN A 425° OVEN FOR APPROXIMATELY 10 TO 15 MINUTES OR UNTIL PUFFED AND GOLDEN BROWN AROUND EDGES. ( NOTE: THIS PANCAKE RISES HIGH ON SIDES AND CENTER STAYS FLAT).
