- 2 POUND PACKAGE FROZEN HASH BROWN POTATOES, FROZEN
- 1 ( 10 3/4 OUNCE CAN) OF CREAM OF CELERY SOUP, UNDILUTED
- 3 CUPS GRATED SHARP CHEDDAR CHEESE ( 12 OUNCES)
- 1 CUP SOUR CREAM
- 1 CUP FINELY CHOPPED ONION
- 1 ( 6 OUNCE CAN) DURKEE'S FRENCH FRIED ONION RINGS
Instructions
- PREHEAT OVEN TO 350°. LIGHTLY SPRAY A 13 X 9" GLASS BAKING DISH.
- IN A LARGE BOWL, COMBINE HASH BROWN POTATOES,CREAM OF CELERY SOUP, GRATED CHEDDAR CHEESE, SOUR CREAM AND ONIONS. MIXING WELL TO COMBINE ALL INGREDIENTS.
- POUR MIXTURE INTO BAKING DISH AND BAKE UNTIL TOP IS SLIGHTLY GOLDEN, ABOUT 1 HOUR AND 10 MINUTES.
- SPRINKLE WITH ONION RINGS AND BAKE UNTIL GOLDEN BROWN, ABOUT 5 MINUTES.
