CREAMY CINAMON ROLLS
THIS IS A QUICK AND EASY WAY TO MAKE THESE DELICIOUS BUNS ALL THE TIME. I ENJOY THESE WITH A DELICIOUS HOT CUP OF COFFEE.
List of Ingredients
- 1 POUND LOAVES OF FROZEN WHITE BREAD DOUGH, THAWED
- 2 TABLESPOONS UNSALTED BUTTER, MELTED
- 2/3 CUPS BROWN SUGAR, PACKED
- 1/2 CUP CHOPPED PECANS
- 1 TEASPOON GROUND CINNAMON
- 1/2 CUP EVAPORATED MILK
- 2/3 CUP POWDERED SUGAR, SIFTED
- 1 TABLESPOON MILK OR 1/2 N 1/2
Instructions
- ROLL THAWED DOUGH INTO A 18 X 6" RECTANGLE. BRUSH WITH MELTED BUTTER. SET ASIDE
- COMBINE BROWN SUGAR,PECANS AND CINNAMON IN A SMALL BOWL. SPRINKLE EVENLY OVER DOUGH. ROLL UP JELLY ROLL FASHION STARTING WITH THE LONG SIDE AND SEAL THE SEAM.
- CUT INTO 20 SLICES. (HINT: I USE DENTAL FLOSS, IT DOES A BEAUTIFUL JOB)
- PLACE ROLLS, CUT SIDE DOWN INTO A 8" ROUND BAKING PANS. COVER AND LET RISE FOR APPROXIMATELY 1 1/2 TO 2 HOURS OR UNTIL ALMOST DOUBLED IN SIZE.
- POUR EVAPORATED SKIM MILK OVER ROLLS.
- BAKE IN A 350° OVEN FOR APPROXIMATELY 25 MINUTES.
- COMBINE POWDERED SUGAR AND MILK IN A BOWL, MIXING WELL. DRIZZLE ROLLS WITH ICING WHILE BUNS ARE STILL WARM.
