    • 3 CUPS SUGAR
    • 3/4 CUPS PARKAY MARGARINE
    • 2/3 CUPS EVAPORATED MILK
    • 12 OUNCE PACKAGE SEMI SWEET CHOCOLATE CHIPS
    • 7 OUNCE JAR KRAFT MARSHMALLOW CREME
    • 1 CUP CHOPPED NUTS
    • 1 TEASPOON VANILLA


    Instructions


    1. COMBINE SUGAR, MARGARINE AND MILK IN A HEAVY 2 1/2 QUART SAUCEPAN AND BRING TO A ROLLING BOIL, STIRRING CONSTANTLY. BOIL 5 MINUTES OVER MEDIUM HEAT OR UNTIL CANDY THERMOMETER REACHES 238°, CONSTANTLY STIRRING TO PREVENT SCORCHING.
    2. REMOVE FROM HEAT AND STIR IN CHOCOLATE UNTIL MELTED. ADD MARSHMALLOW CREME, NUTS AND VANILLA, BEATING UNTIL WELL BLENDED. POUR INTO A GREASED 13X9" BAKING PAN. COOL AND CUT INTO SQUARES.
    3. 3 POUNDS
    4. MINT FANTASY: ADD 1 CUP KRAFT PARTY MINTS OR BUTTER MINTS AND OMIT NUTS.
    5. PEANUT BRITTLE FANTASY: ADD 1 CUP KRAFT PEANUT BRITTLE CRUSHED AND OMIT NUTS.
