- 8 OUNCES CREAM CHEESE, SOFTENED
- 6 OUNCES MELTED SEMI SWEET CHOCOLATE
- 3/4 CUPS VANILLA WAFER CRUMBS
- 1/4 CUP STRAWBERRY PRESERVES
- 1/2 CUP TOASTED ALMONDS FINELY CHOPPED
Instructions
- BEAT CREAM CHEESE AT MEDIUM SPEED OF ELECTRIC MIXER UNTIL LIGHT AND CREAMY. ADD MELTED CHOCOLATE, BEATING UNTIL SMOOTH, STIR IN VANILLA, WAFER CRUMBS AND STRAWBERRY PRESERVES, MIXING WELL. COVER AND CHILL 1 HOUR.
- SHAPE MIXTURE INTO 1" BALLS. ROLL BALLS IN CHOPPED ALMONDS. STORE IN REFRIGERATOR IN AN AIR TIGHT CONTAINER.
- THESE CAN BE FROZEN UP TO 2 MONTHS.
