- 1 HEAD OF CAULIFLOWER STEAMED AND SEPERATED
- 1 CAN OF CAMPBELL'S CREAM OF CHICKEN SOUP
- 14 TO 1/2 CUP WATER
- 1/2 CUP SHREDDED CHEDDAR CHEESE
- 1/2 CUP BREAD CRUMBS
- 2 TO 3 TABLESPOONS MELTED BUTTER
Instructions
- PREHEAT OVEN TO 350°.
- SPREAD CAULIFLOWER PIECES IN A LARGE CASSEROLE DISH.
- MIX SOUP AND WATER WELL WITH A WIRE WHISK IN A SAUCEPAN AND HEAT THROUGH WHISKING UNTIL SMOOTH STIR IN CHEESE MIXING WELL UNTIL CHEESE IS SLIGHTLY MELTED AND POUR OVER CAULIFLOWER.
- MIX BREAD CRUMBS WITH MELTED BUTTER AND SPRINKLE OVER MIXTURE.
- BAKE FOR 20 TO 25 MINUTES UNTIL BUBBLY AND BREAD CRUMBS ARE GOLDEN BROWN.
- YOU CAN ADD MORE BREAD CRUMBS IF YOU LIKE.
