    List of Ingredients


    • 1 LB. FRESH CROCCOLI
    • 1 POUND BONELESS, SKINLESS CHICKEN BREASTS COOKED AND CUT INTO BITE SIZE PIECES
    • 2 TEASPOONS LEMON JUICE
    • 1/2 CUP MAYONNAISE
    • 1 CAN CREAM OF CHICKEN SOUP
    • SALT AND PEPPER TO TASTE
    • CHEDDAR CHEESE GRATED
    • BREAD CRUMBS, MIXED WITH MELTED BUTTER


    Instructions


    1. PREHEAT OVEN TO 350°. BUTTER A CASSEROLE DISH AND SET ASIDE.
    2. MIX TOGETHER, CHICKEN SOUP, LEMON JUICE, MAYONNAISE, SALT AND PEPPER. SET ASIDE.
    3. COOK BROCCOLI TILL CRISP AND TENDER, DRAIN WELL. PLACE BROCCOLI SPEARS IN BUTTERED CASSEROLE DISH. PUT CHICKEN PIECES ON TOP OF BROCCOLI.
    4. SPOON CREAM SAUCE OVER MIXTURE EVENLY AND TOP WITH GREATED CHEESE. SPRINKLE THE TOP WITH BUTTERED BREAD CRUMBS. BAKE TILL BUBBLY ABOUT 40 TO 45 MINUTES.
    5. 4 TO 5 SERVINGS.
    6. ONCE THE CASSEROLE IS ASSEMBLED, YOU CAN COVER AND FREEZE UNTIL YOU ARE READY TO USE. REMOVE FROM FREEZER 1 HOUR BEFORE SERVING AND BAKE FOR ABOUT 1 HOUR UNTIL HOT AND BUBBLY.
