CRAB BROCCOLI BAKE
List of Ingredients
- 10 3/4 OZ. CREAM OF CELERY SOUP OR CREAM OF MUSHROOM SOUP
- 1 CUP MILK
- SALT AND PEPPER TO TASTE
- 1 LB FRESH BROCCOLI OR 2 PACKAGES ( 10 OZ. EACH) FROZEN BROCCOLI, THAWED
- 3/4 LB FRESH OR FROZEN CRAB MEAT OR SHRIMP, THAWED
- 1 1/2 CUPS UNSEASONED STUFFING MOISTENED WITH WATER
- 1/2 LB CHESSAR CHEESE, GRATED
Instructions
- PREHEAT OVEN TO 350°.
- BLEND SOUP AND MILK IN A BOWL, ADD SALT AND BLACK PEPPER TO TASTE.
- IN A BUTTERED 8" SQUARE BAKING DISH, PLACE HALF OF THE BROCCOLI.
- TOP WITH HALF OF THE CRAB MEAT, COVER WITH HALF OF THE STUFFING. POUR HALF OF THE SOUP MIXTURE. TOP WITH HALF OF THE CHEESE.
- LAYER WITH REMAINING BROCCOLI, CRAB MEAT, STUFFING AND SOUP. COVER WITH REST OF CHEESE.
- BAKE FOR 45 MINUTES.

8 SERVINGS: DOUBLE INGREDIENTS, USING A 10" BAKING DISH. INCREASE BAKING TIME TO ABOUT 50 MINUTES.
- YOU CAN SERVE THIS DISH AS AN ENTREE OR AS A SIDE DISH. YOU CAN SUBSTITUTE ASPARAGUS FOR BROCCOLI.
