    CRAB BROCCOLI BAKE


    List of Ingredients


    • 10 3/4 OZ. CREAM OF CELERY SOUP OR CREAM OF MUSHROOM SOUP
    • 1 CUP MILK
    • SALT AND PEPPER TO TASTE
    • 1 LB FRESH BROCCOLI OR 2 PACKAGES ( 10 OZ. EACH) FROZEN BROCCOLI, THAWED
    • 3/4 LB FRESH OR FROZEN CRAB MEAT OR SHRIMP, THAWED
    • 1 1/2 CUPS UNSEASONED STUFFING MOISTENED WITH WATER
    • 1/2 LB CHESSAR CHEESE, GRATED


    Instructions


    1. PREHEAT OVEN TO 350°.
    2. BLEND SOUP AND MILK IN A BOWL, ADD SALT AND BLACK PEPPER TO TASTE.
    3. IN A BUTTERED 8" SQUARE BAKING DISH, PLACE HALF OF THE BROCCOLI.
    4. TOP WITH HALF OF THE CRAB MEAT, COVER WITH HALF OF THE STUFFING. POUR HALF OF THE SOUP MIXTURE. TOP WITH HALF OF THE CHEESE.
    5. LAYER WITH REMAINING BROCCOLI, CRAB MEAT, STUFFING AND SOUP. COVER WITH REST OF CHEESE.
    6. BAKE FOR 45 MINUTES.
    7. 4 SERVINGS
    8. 2 SRVINGS: HALF OF THE INGREDIENTS
      8 SERVINGS: DOUBLE INGREDIENTS, USING A 10" BAKING DISH. INCREASE BAKING TIME TO ABOUT 50 MINUTES.
    9. YOU CAN SERVE THIS DISH AS AN ENTREE OR AS A SIDE DISH. YOU CAN SUBSTITUTE ASPARAGUS FOR BROCCOLI.
