    • FILLING:
    • 2 ( 8 OUNCE) SOFTENED CREAM CHEESE
    • 1 CUP SOUR CREAM
    • 7 TABLESPOONS SUGAR
    • 1 TEASPOON VANILLA
    • 1/2 TEASPOON LEMON JUICE
    • ********************************************************************************
    • CRUMB TOPPING:
    • 2 CUPS FLOUR
    • 2/3 CUP SUGAR
    • 1 CUP BUTTER
    • 3 TEASPOON CONNAMON
    • ******************************************************************************
    • CAKE BATTER:
    • 1/2 CUP BUTTER
    • 1/2 CUP SUGAR
    • 2 EGGS
    • 1 TEASPOON VANILLA
    • 2 CUPS FLOUR
    • 2 TEASPOONS BAKING POWDER
    • 1/2 CUP OF 1/2 & 1/2 OR MILK


    Instructions


    1. PREHEAT OVEN TO 350°. GREASE A 9 X 13" BAKING PAN.
    2. BEAT THE CREAM CHEESE UNTIL CREAMY AND SMOOTH. ADD REMAINING INGREDIENTS AND BEAT WELL. SET ASIDE.
    3. WORK ALL OF THE CRUMB TOPPING INGREDIENTS WITH FINGERS UNTIL NICE AND CRUMBLY. SET ASIDE.
    4. COMBINE BUTTER, SUGAR, EGGS AND VANILLA, BEATING UNTIL LIGHT AND CREAMY.
    5. COMBINE FLOUR AND BAKING POWDER AND ADD TO CREAMED MIXTURE ALTERNATELY WITH 1/2 & 1/2 OR MILK.
    6. SPREAD HALF OF THE BATTER INTO PREPARED PAN. SPREAD CREAM CHEESE FILLING ON TOP OF BATTER. SPOON REMAINING BATTER ON TOP OF FILLING. SPRINKLE WITH CRUMB TOPPING.
    7. BAKE FOR 55 TO 60 MINUTES. REMOVE FROM OVEN AND PLACE ON WIRE RACK TO COOL BEFORE SERVING.
