    • 3/4 CUPS CHOCOLATE GRAHAM CRACKER CRUMBS
    • 1/4 CUP MELTED SWEET BUTTER
    • 1/3 CUP SUGAR
    • 1/4 CUP COCOA
    • 1/2 CUP NUTS, FINELY CHOPPED
    • 24 OUNCES SOFTENED CREAM CHEESE
    • 10 OUNCES MELTED WHITE CHOCOLATE
    • 1 CAN OF CHOCOLATE SWEETENED CONDENSED MILK
    • 4 EGGS
    • 1 CUP JUMBO SEMI SWEET CHOCOLATE CHIPS
    • *******************************************************************************
    • 3/4 CUP SWEET BUTTER
    • 1 CUP SUGAR
    • 1/2 CUP EVAPORATED WHOLE MILK
    • 10 TABLESPOONS COCOA
    • 4 OUONCES SEMI SWEET CHOCOLATE CHIPS
    • 1/8 TEASPOON SALT
    • 1 TEASPOON VANILLA


    Instructions


    1. PREHEAT OVEN TO 350°.
    2. IN A MICROWAVEABLE BOWL, COMBINE BUTTER, SUGAR, EVAPORATED MILK, COCOA, CHOCOLATE CHIPS AND SALT. MICROWAVE ON 50% POUER UNTIL MELTED A COUPLE MINUTES. MICROWAVE ON 50% POWER FOR 10 MINUTES, STIRRING OCCASIONALLY, UNTIL BUBBLY AND VERY THICK. REMOVE FROM MICROWAVE AND STIR IN VANILLA. STORE IN CONTAINER IN REFRIGERATOR. THIS CAN ALSO BE DONE IN A DOUBLE BOILER.
    3. MIX TOGETHER THE CHOCOLATE GRAHAM CRACKER CRUMBS, BUTTER, SUGAR, COCOA, AND NUTS.. PRESS INTO BOTTOM AND 1/3 UP THE SIDES OF A GREASED 9" SPRINGFORM PAN. BAKE FOR 10 TO 15 MINUTE OR UNTIL LIGHTLY BROWNED. REMOVE FROM OVEN AND COOL.
    4. REDUCE OVEN HEAT TO 300°.
    5. BEAT CREAM CHEESE IN A LARGE BOWL, UNTIL FLUFFY. MELT WHITE CHOCOLATE IN MICROWAVE ON 50% FOR ABOUT 3 TO 5 MINUTES, MIX INTO CREAM CHEESE AND BEAT ON MEDIUM SPEED. POUR IN THE SWEETENED CONDENSED MILK SLOWLY WHILE BEATING ON MEDIUM SPEED. ADD EGGS, ONE AT A TIME. STIR IN THE CHOCOLATE CHIPS.
    6. POUR INTO PREPARED CRUST AND BAKE FOR 75 MINUTES. CAKE SHOULD BE FIRM AND JIGGLES WHEN SLIGHTLY MOVED IN THE CENTER, BUT NOT BROWNED AND CRACKING. REMOVE FROM OVEN AND COOL ON WIRE RACK. REFRIGERATE 6 TO 8 HOURS OR OVERNIGHT. TOP WITH FUDGE TOPPING.
