- 1 CUP DICED COOKED CHICKEN BREAST
- 1 CUP DICED HAM
- 10 3/4 OUNCE CAN OF CREAM OF MUSHROOM SOUP
- 1/4 CUP SOUR CREAM
- 1/3 CUP WATER
- 3/4 OUNCES SHREDDED SWISS CHEESE
- 2 CUPS COOKED NOODLES, RINSED AND DRAINED
- 1 TEASPOON DRIED ONION FLAKES
Instructions
- SAUTE CHICKEN AND HAM IN A LARGE SKILLET WITH 1 TABLESPOON BUTTER FOR APPROXIMATELY 5 MINUTES. STIR IN MUSHROOM SOUP, SOUR CREAM, WATER AND SWISS CHEESE. ADD NOODLES AND ONION FLAKES, MIXING WELL TO COMBINE.
- SIMMER ON LOW FOR 5 TO 10 MINUTES OR UNTIL HEATED THROUGH AND CHEESE IS MELTED. STIR OCCASIONALLY.
